The insurance contract, once agreed by TT Club, is comprised of the Policy Wording, the Policy Schedule, any applicable Institute Cargo Clauses stated within, and the Certificate(s) of Marine Cargo Insurance issued correctly in accordance with the policy wording.

The Policy Schedule contains the policy period, rating structure, and other cover specific conditions. Please contact your Cargo Underwriter should you require a copy of this document (a copy will be supplied to you at inception and renewal of your policy).

EU INSURANCE PRODUCT INFORMATION DOCUMENTS
The EU Insurance Product Information Documents (IPIDs) are a summary of the benefits included, exclusions, restrictions, areas of cover, how your policy is paid and your rights and obligations.
TT Club Mutual Insurance Limited ("TTI") has put in place an agreement for any business within the EEA to be fronted by UK P&I Club N.V. ("UKNV"), a business also managed by Thomas Miller and established for this purpose in the Netherlands.
Under this arrangement, the Club's EEA based business would be renewed into UKNV and reinsured to TT Club. Claims would continue to be administered in the usual way to ensure the continued fair treatment of the Club's Policyholders.
As a consequence, we now provide two sets of IPID documents, one for our EEA customers and another for our non-EEA customers. Based on where your business is registered, please select the relevant entity below (it will be stated on your Policy and the Certificate of Insurance).
